I want to create a movement practice with you that you love. 

One that contributes to your wellbeing and longevity,

that flows with your life, instead 

of feeling like another item on your TO DO list.  

 

 

My Approach to Training:

 

  • I help you build trust in YOURSELF, not me.

 

  •  I incorporate unconventional movements and skills to build body awareness and challenge your brain.

 

  • I treat the body as a unit, not parts to work. 

 

  • I see you as a whole person, not a body to fix or improve.

 

  • My programs build strength, balance, mobility and coordination so your fitness translates to the real world.

You may not like my style if:

 

You want a trainer who will yell and bully you.

You only want to do exercises to burn calories.

You want the assurance that you’ll “lose the weight in 6 weeks”.

You don’t want the responsibility to follow through without me physically by your side.

Your idea of fitness is getting 6 pack abs.

For me, movement is:

A tool to deepen your relationship with your body

An outlet for enjoyment and creativity

An opportunity to challenge yourself and learn

Foundational to health

Far more inclusive than exercise

And a way of life.
